This easy, no-bake Million Dollar Pie recipe delivers a rich, creamy, and sweet dessert perfect for summer gatherings or potlucks. It features a graham cracker crust filled with a blend of cream cheese, condensed milk, pineapple, and pecans.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in a medium bowl. Pour in melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill the crust for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the filling base: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Add flavor components: Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and nuts: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and the 1 cup of chopped pecans until no streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  5. Assemble the pie: Spoon the filling evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill: Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Chilling time is essential for this no bake pie recipe.
  7. Serve: Before serving, sprinkle the top with extra chopped pecans. Slice and serve this sweet chilled dessert cold.

Notes

  • Make sure the crushed pineapple is very well drained. Excess liquid will prevent your filling from setting properly.
  • For an extra rich flavor, toast the graham cracker crumbs lightly before mixing them with the butter for the crust.
  • If you do not have pecans, toasted coconut flakes make a good substitute in this creamy dessert recipe.
  • This pie is best made the day before serving to allow maximum chilling time.
